Visiting

Visitors can visit at any time, and are encouraged to do so. Receiving visitors is good for the residents and makes the care home feel more like their own home.

As mealtimes are such an important part of daily life for the residents, we request that you avoid visiting at lunchtime (12:30 pm – 1:30 pm) and tea time (4:30 pm to 5:30 pm). However, visitors are more than welcome to join residents for any meals as long as this is pre-arranged.

We understand that many families work and can only visit in the evenings however we request, in order to respect the other residents who may be preparing for bed, that visits take place no later than 8:30 pm.

If for whatever reason you need to visit outside these regular hours we will be happy to accommodate you.
