Our Team

​

The Registered Manager at Mayfield Care Home is Nadia Carney. Nadia has been with Mayfield for over 10 years and has her NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care as well as a Diploma Level 5 in Leadership and Management. Nadia also has a wealth of experience in the public and private care sector and has proven her skills in dealing with a variety of complex care issues.

 

Our Deputy Manager is Alex Carney.  Alex has been part of the team at Mayfield for 6 years and is trained to Level 5 in Leadership and Management. Our team has worked in a variety of care roles. More than 70% of our staff have NVQ 2 or are enrolled in an NVQ 2 program. All our staff are offered the opportunity for training and are encouraged to develop their skills by taking an NVQ 2.  In addition to the care team, we have a full-time Cook, an Assistant Cook, and Housekeeping staff.
